The Pilates Method, developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900’s, works to strengthen and tone the entire body, with an emphasis on the core muscles.  At The Loom Pilates Center our focus is to lengthen, strengthen, tone your body. Pilates is for everyone, all body types, and all levels.
