Classes and class cards
All class cards and gift certificates have an expiration date please check before purchase.
All class, class card, and gift certificate purchases are final. We cannot offer refunds, transfers or exchanges.
We cannot offer refunds for unused classes.
Membership fee: the monthly membership fee will be charged automatically to your credit card every month.
The membership will remain active and the card will be charged monthly until you notify us in writing to cancel the membership.
Cancellation: Membership could be canceled after the commitment period in writing via email only. Cancelations require a 7 day notice prior to your billing date for all cancellations. Memberships may not be used by, or transferred to, another person. You must email us a WRITTEN NOTICE of your desire to cancel.

Vacation / Injury / Suspension: We require 7 days notice to your billing date on all suspensions. Suspensions are for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 3 cumulative months in 1 year.

Unused Time: There is no refund for unused time on memberships, and there are no extensions. Once you sign up it is your responsibility to use the membership to your satisfaction, or else cancel it. Those who are uncertain about their ability to commit should consider buying a class card.
Fees and penalties: Memberships canceled prior to the satisfaction of the commitment period, a fee equal to 25% of the remaining membership dues will be owed and charged to your credit card. Members will automatically be charged $15 for any returned payment item due to closed accounts, insufficient funds, etc.
In the event of a credit card chargeback request that violates this contact, a fee of $50 will be due for each individual chargeback request, and customer will be liable for all legal and collection agency fees.
